2011 was a good year for my family. We ere able to purchase the house of our dreams, was able to travel with my family and my mom, my husband and I were both doing great at work and I even have sideline jobs that help in the financial need of my family.
Another great accomplishment that we have for 2011 was the startup of yet another business venture with my sister-in-law, my sister and my cousin, Sweet Royals.
My sister-in-law created a candy/dessert table for my niece’s birthday and we figured that this would be a good business. We started only last September and we received several bookings already. Just look at some of the parties where Sweet Royals was a part of:
For this year, we want to launch the business full blast and so we are thinking of strategies to be ahead with our competitors as we noticed that suppliers offering this same service are starting to come out.
We have been doing some reading and we have discovered Inforsurv, the leading company when it comes to online market research.
They can help us conduct prediction markets as well as customer satisfaction survey so we can better understand our target market and create products and services that will address those needs.
We are all excited for Sweet Royals for this new year. Aside from the monetary benefit that we are getting from this business, we were able to do something that we as a family enjoy.
