7th Birthday Party Planning

I know it is still a few months from now but I already started preparing the budget sheet for my daughter’s 7th birthday party. Since my husband and I have a big group of friends plus Bela’s classmates, we are expecting close to 300 guests for this party.

We only have a limited budget for the party that is why I am already doing some analysis and chart comparisons on how I can save on some of the items for the party.

One of the things that I am looking is doing the table centerpiece ourselves. My sister in law’s brother is very good in doing those kinds of stuff with styro, Water Soluble Solder Paste, glue and the like and he already committed that he will take care of it so that is one big savings for me already. As what we always do, hubby takes care of the layout and printing of invitation too which is another big savings for us.

For the caterer, we might stick with the one who regularly caters to our party because their packages are so affordable without sacrificing the taste of the food.

My daughter and I are really excited for this event. We have a lot of ideas in our head and I can’t wait to see all of them executed.
