I was scheduled to pick up my iPhone 4S unit at SM Manila last December 27 at 2 PM. I have no work that day so I just went out specifically for this purpose so you can see how frustrated I was after waiting for 30 minutes to be entertained by a Globe CSR and find out that the unit intended for me hasn’t been delivered yet to the store. I was informed that they have an incoming delivery for that day but they can’t assure if that shipment is intended for me and what time the shipment will arrive since it can be delivered anytime until 9 PM. I decided to go home and not waste any more of my time.
I tried calling them the next day but I still did not get an answer as to when I can have my unit.
Finally after calling Globe SM Manila and Globe hotline hundred times, I got a call from a certain Ethel of Globe SM Manila to inform me that deliveries have arrived at heir branch but unfortunately, it does not include the one intended for me. She is offering me an iPhone 4S black instead which I can pick up anytime.
Now I have a dilemma. Should I just grab this opportunity and opt for the black iPhone instead of my first choice or should I learn to practice my patience? What do you guys think?
