Hard Habit to Break

Ever since we got back from our vacation, I got used to sleeping late (around 2-3 AM). Since 2-3 AM is just around 9-10 PM in Europe, even after three weeks I am still in sync with Europe time and I still find it hard to sleep early. But the difference now is I am only getting 3 hours of sleep everyday because I have to wake up early to go to work and I guess time will come when this bad habit will hit a toll on my body. And I was not mistaken since yesterday; I had a very terrible headache. It was so terrible that even after taking my pain reliever I can still feel the throbbing pain in my head that I am already crying and vomiting because of the extreme pain.

I am so thankful because my husband and my daughter were there beside me to ease away the pain. But my husband reminded me that I should stop my nasty habit and I should start sleeping early again. Otherwise, I won’t just need wrinkle creams to cover the wrinkles and my eye bags, but I have to visit my doctor soon since he knows that I am abusing my body.

I know this will be hard for me to do since I got used to working late specially I have a lot of pending work to finish but I guess this bad habit is really not good for my health especially we are also trying for baby # 2. I have to work hard I guess because my husband is right, what I am doing will not do me any good….
