You need to take your vitamins

I was out with my parents last weekend as I need to do my groceries and my husband hasn’t arrived yet from Majuro so I have to ask my dad to drive me to the mall. While I was doing my grocery, my father called my attention and commented that my posture is really bad. You see after I gave birth, I felt that my bones have weakened and I noticed that my back aches occasionally. That’s why I feel that I should really take one of those calcium powder supplements if I don’t want to get those bone problems when I get old.

But the problem is, I hate taking medicines. I don’t have a problem with swallowing a pill or a tablet but it’s just that I feel it is an added thing for me to do in the morning when I am really in a hurry to go to work. There are times that I would buy one bottle of my vitamins but then I would just forget to take it everyday.

And so my dad gave me a brilliant idea of taking vitamin powder supplements instead. This is what he is taking. I won’t forget to take my supplements since I can take it anytime of the day and just mix it with my favorite drink. He even suggested that I eat high protein bars too. I can just bring it t work and I can munch eat anytime of the day.

My father’s suggestion was really awesome and it is really convenient for me. At least now I have alternative ways to drink my vitamins and there is a higher chance that I would be able to take it everyday.
