I was having a chat with my colleague this morning and he was fuming mad as he lost his cellphone in the gym where he works out. He is 100% sure that he put it in one of the Lockers assigned to him before he started his work out. And the more he got mad as he found out that another colleague of ours also lost his cellphone at the same gym.
He filed a complaint to the management of the gym but the manager said that they can’t be held liable for the lost as they don’t have total control of the Gym Lockers especially since the key to the lockers is not under their possession. My colleague is not hoping for the management to replace his cellphone but at least they should show that they are concern for the numerous incidents of stolen cellphone in their premises and at least investigate to find out who the culprit is.
This is really alarming especially since they are one of the famous and most expensive gyms in our building. They could try to improve their lockers by installing sturdy and secure Metal Lockers so they can at least assure their gym members that the same incident will not happen again. This can very well ruin their good name as an institution if this won’t be stopped the soonest so they better act fast and solve this case right away.
