I was starting to write about Aggie Wants to Know Series for last week and one of the questions was: “What are the things you are looking forward to for the next six months?”
So before I made a post about what happened to my life during the past six months, let me make a separate post about one of the things that I am really looking forward to for the next six months.
I have a long list of things that I am really looking forward to, but the most important for me and my husband is that in six months, our mortgage will be finish. Less than three years ago, my mom’s friend offered to sell her two door apartment to us as she will be migrating in another country. The price that she offered us was so irresistible as it is really cheap as she is giving that special offer for my mom. So even though we have no plans to get a second housing loan, my husband did not want to pass on the opportunity so after much consideration, we decided to get another loan to finance for the payment of the two door apartment.
And how time really flies since we did not realize that we already finished 2.5 years from our loan and in just a couple of months, we would be able to use the rent from the apartment as an addition to our monthly budget or we can put it to Bela’s savings account.
So we are really looking forward to it since it will give us extra money for our daily expenses and we can even save it up for Bela’s future. And we hope that it will lessen our financial burden that we are carrying for two years now.
