When Howell got back from his three weeks stint at Majuro, we all noticed that he gained a lot of weight. At first Howell was in denial but since most people really noticed that he really gained weight, he has learned to accept the truth and accept the fact that he really has to start with his work out to trim some fat from his belly.
According to him, he did nothing there but to eat as there is nothing much to do. There is no mall there where that he can visit after work. There is also not much channels being offered by the cable provider in Majuro so he doesn’t watch TV that much there. And since there is a small community of Filipinos in Majuro, almost everyday, somebody would invite him for lunch or dinner. No wonder his belly is much bigger than before he left.
But he said, he really needs to loose weight and he really needs to start living a healthy life so we might look for weight equipment that he can use at home. So this should be our first priority after we get back from our Singapore trip.
