I just finished recreating the mailboxes for our call center system where applicants can call for immigration inquiry. Applicants can call this hot line where they can get access to immigration information just by listening to each of the mailboxes or selecting the information from the menu provided. The current system is only available in English and French and they decided to redo the current system as most of the information recorded there are really not up to date and they want to add a third language option.
The mailboxes are ready to go online but they have to do a recording of the greetings first for each mailbox. Their target date of completion for this is mid July and they have to translate the English script to French and Tagalog so they can start recording the greetings. Good thing they got the services of a translation company which can speed up the translation of the scripts.
I have been working on this project for weeks now and I can’t wait for the mailboxes to be finish so I have one less thing to think about.
