I want a new credit card

Oh my god. I can’t believe what I just saw on my credit card bill. They are charging me P4, 000 of finance charge because I was one day late for my payment. I was fuming mad when I saw my bill. For five years that I have been their customer, I always pay on time and in full. And so I was really mad since this is the first time that I was late (but just for one day) and then they will charge me with P4000. That is too much for a finance charge.

So I gave them a call and I tried to ask for a reversal but they said that it is not possible. So to my dismay, I told them that I will pay my remaining balance in full and then I will request for the cancellation of my account with them.

I can’t believe that credit card company. They don’t think of their clients’ welfare. All that they can think about is how they will earn from their clients and that’s it. They don’t even offer 0 apr balance transfer or cash back credits.

So I am now looking for a credit card that has 0 balance transfers so I can transfer my outstanding balance from my old credit card so I can finally request for its cancellation. No fee balance transfers would also be a great plus for the new credit card that I will apply for. Any suggestions?
