"I like to go home in a nice house everyday." My friend from New York said that this is the first thing that she was able to say after she checked out her newly purchased condominium. This is the first property that she bought from her own pocket and so she really wants it to be special. The property was already turned over to her and anytime she wants to, she can move in to her new home.
