PAL Express

If you will notice from my previous posts, traveling is one of my favorite stress releasing activity. And every time my family travels, my husband and I always want my mom and my dad to tag along with us. First, so they can enjoy their retirement and take them to places they have never been to. And second, so we will be more confident to travel with our two year old daughter since my mom and my dad will always assist us in taking care of her especially when we are in a foreign country.

And so every time we make travel plans, we always have to make a budget for all five of us – me, my husband, my daughter, my mom and my dad. So we are always on the look out for promos from airlines like Cebu Pacific. In fact, we almost always travel via Cebu Pacific.

My husband and my dad prefer to take PAL flights but their airfare is twice or thrice expensive as Cebu Pacific. So even though we want to travel via Philippine Airlines, we always end up with Cebu Pacific due to budget constraints.

And so when I found out that PAL will be setting up a low-cost unit to rival with budget carriers like Cebu Pacific, I was thrilled. They call their low cost unit, PAL Express. It will begin its operation on May 5.

Hope their rates are really cheaper like Cebu Pacific so we can finally take a PAL flight on our next travel destination.
