I’m wearing bubble dress today. Well some of you might say why I am blogging about it since there is nothing special about wearing a bubble dress. You see, I work as a Systems Administrator and part of my job responsibility is network administration and technical support which is a physical job. So I always go to work wearing slacks or jeans so I will be more comfortable when working.
But since we will head straight from work to the party that we will be attending later and I don’t want to bring extra clothes so I can change later, I decided to come to work today wearing my bubble dress. And since my officemates are not used to seeing me wear dress, I always get the stare or a second look or a comment and a complement.
I remember when I was still working as a programmer I always dress like this to work. I’m always wearing a dress or skirt and my get up is always made up of either a nice and sexy dress or a cute blouse and skirt. It was only when I work here that I started to wear slacks. But you know, at least they get to see me like this for a change and I’m enjoying the complements that they are giving me every time they see me like this.
